Helga Weiss is a senior partner and managing director of the award winning firm of BEARDSLEY/WEISS LLC. With an emphasis on art and adventuresome style, they provide creative consultation services for interior design, architecture, structural engineering, landscape planning, site development, custom lighting and furniture design.

BEARDSLEY/WEISS LLC has designed medical spaces and clinics for practices including: dermatology, plastic surgery, endocrinology, LASIK surgery, dental, psychology, podiatry and general practice.

Our approach is to network with doctors and medical personnel to map the goals of service. Leadership training and education has rendered the principals of the Beardsley/Weiss design team as formidable proponents of strategic planning and analysis. Armed with the ability to research and analyze goal-setting tactics, they are able to guide any project design team through the phases of design and focus on the eventuality of a successful project. The seasoned experience of acting as the strategic planning facilitator for the American Society of Interior Designers annual planning sessions, has given the partners of our team exceptional insight in management skills.

Our mission is to offer the least threatening experience in a visually stimulating environment. As the volunteer project director for the design of the Los Angeles Free Clinic, corporate team leader and partner Ivan Beardsley lead a volunteer group of interior designers through a three year project and, as a result, received in behalf of the team the First Place National Design Award for Community Service and a US Presidential citation.
