An amusement park has many food establishments and must compete with outside restaurants. This restaurant received the highest rating, perceived value, of all the other facilities tested at parks nationwide and won an international design award. The significant increased revenues after the remodel told the story. Maintenance and image were the main criteria for the remodel.
