My elect-year goal is to understand clearly the perspectives of each committee pertaining to my future role, to clarify their needs and the best approach to being of service to them.

Following a thorough understanding, through due exploration, consideration of current times, observation, listening, and the sharing of knowledge, I hope to contribute to the success of those I follow and increase it for those who follow me, keeping these committees strong and supported.
